Detailed Itinerary

Route: Chandigarh - Narkanda (184 kms | 6-7 Hours)

Pick up from Chandigarh Railway Station / Airport. Drive to Narkanda by Tempo Traveller.

Sightseeing: Enroute visit the beautiful Chail Palace, popularly known as Ranchhoddas Shamaldas Chanchad House, or "Rancho House” filmed in the movie 3 Idiots.

Night Stay & Dinner: At Narkanda

Route: Narkanda - Rakchham (178 kms | 6-7 Hours)

After breakfast proceed to Rakchham. Enroute Highlights:

  • Hatu Peak (11,150 ft): Highest point of Shimla district offering stunning panoramic Himalayan views, from the Hatu Mata Temple at the top.
  • From Parking point to peak you have hire local cab at your own cost.
  • The Road to Kinnaur: It is carved into the Himalayas connecting Shimla to Kinnaur, famous for its Kinnaur Gate / Cliffhanger Route and breath-taking scenery of the Kinner Kailash Range.
  • The Satluj - Baspa River Sangam: Where the Baspa River, a major tributary, joins the mighty Satluj River (Sutlej) near the town of Karcham.
  • Kamru Fort: A historic 5-story wooden structure was the first capital of the Bushahr Kingdom and now houses the Kamakhya Devi temple at its peak.
  • Berinag Temple: Famous Bhagvan Shivji Temple of Kinnaur Valley.

Night Stay & Dinner: At Rakchham

Distance: 25 kms | 1 Hour

After breakfast, leave to visit Chitkul.

  • Chitkul – it is the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border.
  • Chitkul Village in Himachal Pradesh is renowned for having some of India's cleanest air, a fact supported by studies from IIT Delhi.

Evening is free for rest / enjoy meadows by small trek.

Night Stay & Dinner: At Rakchham

Route: Proceed to Kalpa (62 kms | 2-3 Hours)

Highlights of the day:

Night Stay & Dinner: At Kalpa

Distance: 110 kms | 3-4 Hours

After breakfast proceed to Nako. Highlights:

  • Today you will enjoy, Khab Sangam is the spectacular meeting point of the Spiti River and the Sutlej River
  • Nako Monastery, also called Lotsava Jhakang, is an ancient 11th-century Buddhist monastery
  • Nako Lake (12,014 feet altitude) - It is a beautiful artwork of nature amidst the Himalayas.

Night Stay & Dinner: At Kalpa

Route: Leave for Sarahan - Narkanda (184 kms | 6-7 Hours)

Enroute Sightseeing:

  • Enroute we will enjoy the vie of Shrikhand Kailash Mahadevji View.
  • Bhimakaliji Shaktipeeth Temple: the presiding deity of the former Bushahr state, and is considered one of the 51 sacred Shaktipeeth
  • Sarahan Palace: once the summer capital of the Bushahr Kingdom, it is a beautiful Himachali architectural marvel.

Night Stay & Dinner: At Narkanda

Route: Narkanda to Chandigarh (184 kms | 6-7 Hours)

After Breakfast we will leave for the Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station.

Policies & Cancellation

Booking and Cancellations

  • YOU CAN CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING BY PAYING A DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST OR ₹10,000 PER PERSON, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.
  • THE BALANCE PAYMENT SHALL BE PAID 31 DAYS BEFORE TOUR DEPARTURE DATE.
  • IF ANYBODY FAILS TO PAY THE BALANCE AMOUNT BEFORE 31 DAYS, THEN YOUR ROOMS WILL BE AUTO RELEASED AND NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, the company must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date on which we receive the written notice. Cancellation charges will be as follows:

  • 30 days or more before the tour start date: 25% of the total cost
  • 15–29 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total cost
  • 7–14 days before the tour start date: 75% of the total cost
  • Less than 7 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total cost (No refund)

Unavoidable Circumstances & Important Notes

  • Unavoidable Circumstances: If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, floods, political unrest, band’s, accidents, traffic jam or any other natural or manmade calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. If any passengers have to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative / illness / any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour. And the expenses for returning back to your destination also shall be borne by the passengers. Any dispute will be subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
  • Please note: At hill stations, the vehicle’s air-conditioner will not work while driving uphill, and the A/C also does not operate when the vehicle is not moving (in standing position).
  • **We will not be responsible if the Flights / Train gets delayed or cancelled. **
